Welcome to my birthday party! Beginning at 12:01 a.m. on April 11, 2013, I will have been blogging for 9 years! I am so happy to be able to share this birthday with each of you and some of the great ideas that I have in store for my little corner of the world!

LiaH started out as a place for me to just ramble about what happened every day in my crazy household with a teenage daughter, an (as yet undiagnosed) ADHD child and another little one on the way. Life sure has changed a LOT since those beginnings, and so has our name.

One thing that has always stayed the same though – is my love of writing and sharing cool things that I find on the internet, as well as sharing some great companies and products with all of you as well. I can’t forget the authors either – I’ve met some FABULOUS authors along the way that have become dear friends (shout out y’all!) that I am so thankful to have met and worked with.

We all have ups and downs in our lives, but I think that if you can blog about it, get it off your chest, and share those ups and downs with the world – it helps to put everything into perspective and you see that you really are not “alone in the world” with dealing with any one particular thing.

So raise your glasses to blogging, to friendships, to awesome products, and to all the wonderful people that you will meet along the way!
