My Review: This handy little book is great! Three sisters, Nanette, Nerissa and Nichelle have packed a bunch of deliciousness into the pages of this New York City cupcake guide.
Since I’m planning my very first trip to NYC this summer, I jumped at the chance to review the Sisters’ Guide to NYC Cupcakes. Twenty-seven bakeries are featured with details, awesome pictures and addresses. The bakeries can be found in Chelsea, the East Village, NoHo, SoHo, Union Square, Nolita and the Lower East Side.
My favorite shop? It’s on page 9 and is called the Big Booty Bread Company. Awesome, right?! They even have shirts that say I {heart} Big Booty. LOL! Love it!
Almost all of these shops highlighted have awesome displays of cupcakes that look so yummy. I love cake and cupcakes so I’m always looking for new recipes and ways to decorate my own. There’s lots of ideas, so if you’re not planning on a trip to NYC soon, you can still enjoy this great little book.
Toss this little gem into your purse when you hit NYC for an awesome vacation. I’ve already told my BFF at least three places we have to visit this summer. I must have an I {heart} Big Booty shirt! Plus, I have a mission to find the best red velvet cupcake ever!
